At Starkman Facial Plastic Surgery in Scottsdale, AZ, we are passionate about providing physical and emotional comfort by surgically addressing facial irregularities. Whether you have experienced an injury to the face, are post–skin cancer treatment, or were born with an undesirable or dysfunctional nasal structure, we want to help.
Board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. Sidney J. Starkman is known for his advanced skill in multiple rhinoplasty techniques and in reconstructive surgery, including facial laceration and fracture repairs. Our staff is trained specifically in facial plastic surgery procedures, and we use only IV Sedation Anesthesia so our patients have less nausea, fewer complications, and quicker recoveries. Beyond reconstructive and medically necessary procedures, we offer a vast array of cosmetic plastic surgeries for the face, including cheek and lip augmentation, facelifts, neck lifts, and blepharoplasty. To complement your reconstructive or cosmetic plastic surgery, we also provide nonsurgical services, such as dermal fillers, BOTOX, Kybella, photofacials, laser skin resurfacing, and chemical peels.
Dr. Starkman is also very involved in community support and is a longtime women’s rights advocate. He has been a member of Face to Face, a nonprofit dedicated to pro bono facial reconstruction for domestic violence victims, for many years. In 2019, he established his own organization, Saving Face, in Arizona. Saving Face provides the same type of outreach and pro bono services to local women, men, and children who have experienced facial injury due to domestic abuse.
