The patient is a pleasant 50-year-old woman who was bothered by mounds, or festoons, beneath her eyes. She also wanted to treat some sun-damaged skin around her eyes. She underwent a lower blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser resurfacing with Dr. Starkman. She is shown here 3 months following her procedure.
