This patient is a wonderful 58-year-old woman who was seen for facial aging concerns. She was mostly bothered by some early jowling and heaviness along her lower face and neck. Dr. Starkman performed a deep plane facelift and neck lift. She was also treated with a lip lift to shorten an elongated philtrum. Finally, she was treated with fat grafting to restore facial volume. She is shown here just 12 weeks following her facelift.
