Procedure Details
The patient is a beautiful 40-year-old who was seen for nose concerns and neck fullness. She was bothered by the bump on her nose and the droopy tip. She also was concerned by stubborn fat underneath her chin and was bothered by mounds, or festoons, beneath her eyes. She underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty, neck liposuction and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer with Dr. Starkman. She is shown here 3 months following her procedure.
